Premises Liability

Injury accidents caused by a defective or dangerous property, either inside a building or outside, are called "premises liability" accidents. Premises can be dangerous for all kinds of reasons - faulty design, poor construction or building materials, poor maintenance, or clutter. Dangerous premises can lead to all kind of accidents that then lead to severe injuries.
